i guess it's not CML but AML ,,as i can see cells having auer rods in the right field of picture(diagnostic of AML),,,but may be m wrog,,plz anybody can explain that to me
they are not auer rods.. they r the granules of promyelocyte. and whenever they ask for the 3 stages of lesion..its CML..cz usi ki 3 stages hen.
same picture of CML is present in intermediate robbin....so it is CML.
